Order Notice

To ensure the highest quality and freshness, please place your order at least one day in advance for both pickup and flower delivery.

At Ashbourne Flowers & Gifts, we regularly purchase fresh flowers and create handcrafted floral arrangements to order. This allows our designers to select the best blooms and prepare beautiful bouquets, floral arrangements, orchids, and seasonal designs for every occasion.

Advance ordering helps us maintain product quality, improve flower selection, and provide the best possible experience for our pickup and delivery customers.

If the Recipient Is Unavailable

If no delivery instructions have been provided and the recipient is unavailable, we will first attempt to contact them using the phone number provided.

If we are unable to reach the recipient, we may safely leave the order at the front door or with the concierge (where available).

A photo will be taken at the time of delivery and kept as proof of delivery.

Minimum Order

A minimum order of $49 is required for all delivery orders.

Delivery Time

Delivery hours are typically between 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
We do not deliver on statutory holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and order volume.

Pickup Information

Customers are also welcome to place orders for store pickup.

Please place your order at least one day in advance so we can prepare your arrangement using fresh flowers.
